Wooden houses
We offer high quality residential houses made of wood. The external double wall is made of KVH structural timber of Scandinavian origin. Space between the inner and outer beams is filled with mineral wool. Beams are connected at height with double tongue and groove. At wall intersections the beams are notched and the joints sealed with polyurethane foam. Such wall design ensures stability of the structure and building tightness. Heat transfer coefficient is V <0.22. Other elements of construction and finishing are made of high quality wood. Normally, the roof is covered with metal shingles, possible covering with tiles. There is possibility of house construction with glued timber - the DUO / TRIO beams or laminated BSH timber. The house is individually designed according to client’s request.
